At FootCash, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Opened trading card packs
- Opened collectible products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, FootCash will provide instructions regarding the return.
For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
